Cape Cod Biochemical announced the relocation of its operations from the East Coast to Missouri. The company’s new headquarters is now centrally located in Hawk Point, Missouri. Moving to the central U.S. will allow for more efficient nationwide shipping, improved logistics and enhanced service to customers across the country, according to a company release. “Our relocation to Missouri reflects our ongoing commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction,” says CEO Justin Johnson in the release. “Being centrally located allows us to better serve customers nationwide while maintaining the quality, reliability and responsiveness Cape Cod Biochemical is known for.”

Azuria Water Solutions has acquired Waterline Renewal Technologies. Headquartered in Ottawa, Illinois, Waterline delivers advanced infrastructure rehabilitation solutions through its nationwide distribution network. The company’s suite of engineered products and equipment is used in the trenchless rehabilitation of wastewater and stormwater infrastructure for residential, municipal, commercial and industrial applications.
