The Comfort Elite Platinum Edition restroom trailer from Wells Cargo COG is designed for customers who want to add a touch of class to their backyard weddings, corporate functions and other special events. Standard features include Corian countertops, hardwood cabinetry, vessel sinks with high-rise faucets, auto-flush toilets and urinals, back-lit shatterproof mirrors, recessed lighting, designer paper holders, 15-inch LCD TVs, multi-disk CD/DVD player, 9,000 Btu air conditioner and 5,600 Btu heat strip with digital wall thermostat. Operator convenience features include waste tank sensor with LED monitor, BAL stabilizer jacks, 5,000-pound drop-leg jack and 38-inch deep aluminum folding platform with steps — powder-coated with skid-resistance substance — and stainless steel handrails.

A “hard plumb” option with heavy-duty macerating pump enables portable sanitation contractors to connect directly to a sewer up to 100 feet away.

“We call it our PowerFlush system,” says Brian DePriest, sales manager. “Our supplier has been putting these units in high-end yachts and cruise lines for years.”

Other options include a choice of 11 exterior colors, touchless faucets, modifications for container shipment, helicopter/ crane lift channels, winter/arctic and solar packages.

Available in 12-, 16- and 18-foot lengths, the trailer’s frame is made of 12-inch channel steel with 3/4-inch treated plywood deck and finished with 0.03-inch smooth exterior aluminum. The 18-foot model has a 465-gallon waste tank with 110 gallons of freshwater — a larger tank is available.

Model CE18 features a 130-inch by 72-inch women’s module with two toilets and sinks and 52-inch by 72-inch men’s module with toilet, urinal and sink, separated by a service closet. Total length is 216 inches, or 260 inches with the tongue and

2 5/16-inch ball hitch (other sizes are available).
