Vanair Acquires Air N Arc Vanair Mfg. has acquired Air N Arc Inc. of Hiawatha, Kan., and will relocate operations to its manufacturing facility in Michigan City, Ind. Vanair will maintain the current Air N Arc product line and dealer network. It also has retained president Vince Eck, sales manager Dean Strathman and production manager Donnie Stone.
