We've all had those moments where things get lost in translation, but this one takes the cake — or, should we say, the shovel! In this TikTok clip by @wellandsepticlife, we see the aftermath of a little miscommunication when a customer went above and beyond (literally) to help prepare their septic tank for servicing. They didn’t just uncover the septic lid—they dug up the entire top of the tank, putting in hours of work with, let’s be honest, some far-from-ideal shovels.
The pumper couldn’t help but feel a mix of emotions. On one hand, there was the sympathy for all that extra effort the customer put in. But on the other hand, the pure dedication was pretty impressive — so much so that the pumper jokes about wanting to hire the customer! If there’s one thing to take away here, it’s that a little clarification goes a long way. Kudos to this customer for their effort, though — now that’s commitment!
