Satellite Industries Acquires PolyPortables

Portable sanitation industry manufacturer Satellite Industries, of Plymouth, Minnesota, has acquired PolyPortables, based in Dahlonega, Georgia. The acquisition was announced May 1 and includes the PolyPortables manufacturing plants and equipment, restroom and deodorizer products, and distribution warehouses. The management team, office, production and warehouse staff will also be retained as part of the acquisition.
