Gap Barbin appointed president of GapVax

Gap Barbin was named the president of Johnstown, Pennsylvania-based GapVax, succeeding company founder Gary A. Poborsky, who will continue as CEO. Barbin, the grandson of Poborsky, earned his Bachelor of Science in industrial engineering from Texas A&M University and worked for Boeing and Mack/Volvo during college. Barbin began his professional career as a hydroexcavation operator in Texas. He returned to Johnstown and put his knowledge to use in various departments at GapVax. Whether it was sales, project engineering or production, each new role prepared him to lead the company and serve its customers.

Matt Murray joins SJE as vice president of sales – CLT division

Matt Murray has joined SJE as vice president of sales – CLT division. Murray replaces former vice president of sales, Richard Rankka, following his recent retirement. Murray will lead the sales strategy, product management and marketing for the controls and level-sensing technologies division of SJE. He brings over 18 years’ experience in various leadership and sales roles, including positions as director of sales, global strategic account manager and senior business unit manager. Most recently, Murray was the senior business unit manager – industrial distribution at Franklin Electric. Prior to that, he spent seven years with ITT Goulds Pumps in several roles with his last being global strategic account manager.  


Anthony Heath joins JAG Mobile Solutions as EVP

With over 20 years’ experience as an independent business operator of Tidy Coast Event Services, and most recently as director of national fleet services and vice president of products for United Site Services (Premier Site Services), Anthony Heath joined JAG Mobile Solutions as executive vice president. Heath’s primary focus will be on new product development, safety and access control. 

“Anthony’s extensive product knowledge and business leadership excellence makes him a perfect addition to our quality and customer-focused organization,” says Bill Gibson, JAG Mobile Solutions’ founder and president.

Based in Howe, Indiana, with additional manufacturing facilities in Fremont, Indiana, and Mineral Wells West, Virginia, JAG Mobile Solutions has been supplying temporary mobile enclosed solutions for disaster response, special events, military, construction and various specialty applications for over 18 years.


Infiltrator Water Technologies to acquire Orenco Systems, announces rebranding

Advanced Drainage Systems signed a definitive agreement where its wholly-owned subsidiary, Infiltrator Water Technologies, will acquire Orenco Systems. The parties expect the transaction to close in the third quarter of 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.

Infiltrator also announced the rebranding of Delta Treatment Systems and Presby Environmental products. All products currently manufactured under the Delta and Presby brands will now be branded as Infiltrator products. The rebranding is a name change only. Customer service, sales and manufacturing operations of both product lines will remain the same.
