Vacuum Truck Rentals named Kevin Shepard the newest member of its sales team. He will serve the Merrillville, Indiana, region with more than 34 years' of experience in the vacuum truck and heavy-equipment industry. VTR also named Jesse Medema as service manager at its Deer Park, Texas, location.
