Gardner Denver Robuschi Tri-Flow 825

The Gardner Denver Robuschi Tri-Flow 825 blower for combination sewer jetter trucks achieves 19 inches Hg vacuum and delivers 4,311 cfm at 18 inches Hg and weighs less than 1,500 pounds, making is suitable for jetting and excavation work. Howden 827 DVJ

The 827 DVJ dry-vacuum blower from Howden is a heavy-duty unit with integral ductile iron impellers. The casing headplates, gear cover and drive-end are gray iron. Carburized and ground spur timing gears are taper-mounted on the shaft and secured with a locknut, cylindrical roller bearings, splash lubrication on both ends, and easy-to-read sight glasses for maintenance. The blower is capable of handling high inlet temperatures for rough applications. Kaiser Premier CV Series

The CV Series hydrovac from Kaiser Premier has all critical components centralized and housed in an insulated, heated aluminum van body. The RB-DV series of rotary three-lobe positive displacement blowers can operate at high vacuum levels thanks to a device that injects atmospheric air. RB-DV series blowers can reach vacuum levels of up to 93% on a deadhead and 27 inches Hg without the need to inject water or use an upstream heat exchanger. Tornado Global Hydrovacs T-70 Twister

Supervac Triton

The 753 Series vacuum pump from Elmira Machine Industries / Wallenstein Vacuum incorporates extra-wide vanes that allow up to an inch of wear, designed for longer service life. It provides 422 cfm airflow at 1,200 rpm and is precision-machined to provide vacuum levels up to 28 inches Hg. Moro USA PM80T

The Moro USA PM80T fan-cooled rotary vane vacuum pump includes dual-fan cooling to keep it cool under the toughest conditions. Its integrated forced-oil lubrication system feeds the right amount of oil at all times. Low operating speeds keep pump component life at a maximum and costs at a minimum. Cat Pumps 4DX Series high-pressure pumps with premium DC electric motors provide on-the-go pressure wash power. The DC10 pump from MTH Pumps is a 12-volt DC washdown-duty pump with cast 316 stainless steel construction made to exceed OEM specifications for vacuum trucks. It can replace original units on any truck and is a suitable pump for filling sinks, recharging restroom tanks and cleaning portable restrooms. The large seal chamber for the mechanical seal box provides a wide fluid passage area for maximum cooling of the seal faces and allows debris and gases to be flushed away. A water recycling system, available as an option for the Vactor 2100 Plus sewer cleaner, reuses water already in the sewer to clean sewer lines, eliminating the need for clean water. The system helps municipalities save thousands of gallons of freshwater, improve efficiencies, reduce costs and promote sustainability. The system can also increase operator productivity, enabling operators to clean twice the number of lines in a day as earlier models, according to the manufacturer.
