ADS adds fourth production line

Advanced Drainage Systems added a fourth manufacturing line to its Saint-Germain-de-Grantham, Quebec, plant to produce large diameter, open-profile pipe from 900 to 1,500 mm. The facility is certified to produce N-12 corrugated HDPE pipe diameter from 100 to 900 mm with minimum pipe stiffness. It also is capable of making the company’s SaniTite HP polypropylene pipe.

Wastequip names division presidents, vice president

Wastequip promoted John Defenbaugh to mobile division president. He will be responsible for sales and operation of the Galbreath, Pioneer, Mountain Tarp and Parts Place brands. Shawn King was named president of Wastequip’s technical division and will focus on growing market share for compactors and balers. Tim Phanco was named vice president of sales for Toter.

Baldwin Filters names vice presidents

Baldwin Filters promoted Dave Amato to vice president, U.S. and Canada sales, and Andy Sisler to vice president, national account and fleet sales.

Curry Supply adds directors, manager

Curry Supply Co. named John Roseberry information technology director, Stephen McConnell quality control manager and ISO controller, and Tom Catalano director of marketing.

Topp Industries names managers

Topp Industries appointed J.J. Lang to manage its wholesale business across the United States and Canada and named Tim Merkel outside sales manager, responsible for OEM and engineered sales accounts.
 

Von Schmauder returns to Capital Connection, Doering joins firm

Jeff Von Schmauder, founder and owner of Capital Connection, rejoined the company as president after serving six years in the Air Force as a combat medic. Von Schmauder founded the sanitation and waste management equipment financing company in 1990 and has served on the PSAI board. Jerid Doering also joined the company and is responsible for business development. Headquartered in Washington State, Capital Connection has locations in Boston, Maui and Australia.
