Dear Editor:My husband and I owned a pumping business for over 20 years. He recently passed away, but he always felt he was a professional. He always read, went to classes and always educated his customers. He also did not feel that the “toilet humor” was appropriate in ads, Web sites and on trucks. There is a time and place for everything. When I came across your article (“Reading Between the Lines — Septic Jokes are no Laughing Matter,” March 2010), it reminded me of my husband and his views.
