B&B Septic Services has a fleet of nearly 500 portable restrooms for construction sites and events. But when the time comes to add a touch of luxury, the company, based in Paris, Tennessee, can bring out fully equipped restroom trailers. One of their preferred trailer manufacturers is Comforts of Home Services.
“They’re easy people to work with, notes Kelsea Reagan, who owns the business with her husband, Moe. They own a five-stall Comforts of Home unit and a two-stall unit with a third ADA-compliant stall.
The company’s trailers show up at special events like the World’s Largest Fish Fry in Paris, at weddings and private parties, and even at a couple of large factories where people work in areas far removed from the indoor restrooms.
Comforts of Home offers industrial-grade luxury trailers for outdoor events that require a distinctive restroom solution. They are designed to be spacious and accommodating with amenities like those in bathrooms of lavish homes.
“We design and build each unit ourselves to ensure optimal service, efficiency and cost containment,” says the company website. “For premium durability, we include only materials we know from experience will withstand the elements, especially water.”
Trailers are built to resist premature damage and wear. Units are constructed from the ground up instead of as a one-size-fits-all template. This gives the company full control of quality and optimum flexibility with building materials, while delivering the features each restroom rental contractor desires.
Multiple units are available, with two to 12 stalls and in lengths up to 34 feet. Unit amenities can include sleeping quarters, handwashing, laundry, office/lockers, showers and more. ADA-compliant units and decontamination trailers are available.
Innovative design and material upgrades are a special area of focus. Extra touches can include
full-season heating and air conditioning, eco-friendly water systems, energy-efficient lighting touchless fixtures, premium sound systems, LED lighting ambiance, tank and climate monitoring, digital displays, high-end countertop materials, luxury fixtures and cabinetry, and leveling hydraulics.
