With a rich background in association management and public affairs, Quinonez brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to lead the foundation in its mission to support the plumbing, heating and cooling industry.Before joining the PHCC Educational Foundation, Quinonez served as a senior account executive for the Kellen Company, a prominent association management company.
