Service World Expo officials have announced that the home service contracting expo will be held Sept. 21-24 at the Kentucky International Convention Center in Louisville, Kentucky.

The expo will feature Gino Wickman, author of Traction: How To Get A Grip On Your Business and founder of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), for both a keynote and a workshop to walk companies through the elements of the EOS.

With over 40 speakers, three parties and an exhibit hall that provides great product deals, Service World Expo is a leading residential contracting expo. The event obtains greater draws every year through efforts to deliver a pathway to success with top-of-the-line training, networking with thought leaders, and a product showcase that contains more than 150 exhibitors presenting their newest and most popular products, according to event organizers.

Attendees will be able to network with friends and colleagues at three parties. The first will be held at 6:30 p.m. Sept. 21 at the Peterson-Dumesnil House. The second party will be a themed “Off to the Races” costume party at 6:30 p.m. Sept. 22 at the Louisville Palace Theater. Finally, a party will be held at 5 p.m. Sept. 23 at the iconic Churchill Downs for a racing event. Parties are included in the expo registration for no additional charge.

“The immersive aspect of being at a conference, I think it ramps up your learning, it ramps up your comprehension,” says Tom Peregrino of Daffan Cooling and Heating in Granbury, Texas. “I’ve seen people get motivated and inspired by just one moment in a conference, they get fired up, they re-engage, re-inspired, and that’s what’s really cool to see. You just can’t duplicate that. Zoom can’t duplicate that. You can’t get some of these pivotal emotional organizational changes without conferences like Service World Expo. There’s something magical about getting away from your company, recharging your battery, and really working on what’s happening in your organization.”

Seminars include key topics such as training, marketing, technology, operations, finance, remodeling, and leadership, with the new dedicated mid-management track.
