Satellite | PolyPortables celebrates opening of plant expansion
Satellite | PolyPortables celebrated the grand opening of its plant expansion in Bristol, Indiana. The expansion added 120,000 square feet to the existing 120,000-square-foot building with outdoor storage and ample parking. The new addition is home to Satellite Suites restroom trailer manufacturing and the Central Distribution Center for portable restrooms. The team welcomed visitors from the U.S. Congress, county council, local council and various partners.


New Jetstream website offers a more intuitive experience
Jetstream of Houston launched a new website. Featuring a fresh design and improved navigation for information on products and services, the site offers visitors a more intuitive digital site experience. The new website gives visitors easier access to information on products, services and resources.


Routeware acquires RouteOptix Management Systems
Routeware acquired Ontario-based RouteOptix Management Systems. RouteOptix Management Systems provides software for customer management, vehicle routing and billing. Routeware, which has traditionally focused on in-cab computers for municipal and for-profit fleets that handle solid waste, recycling, street sweeping and snowplows, gains an operation in Canada. It also adds complementary products and significant experience in areas including liquid waste disposal, hazard waste, medical waste, scrap metal, oil recovery and document destruction.


Vac-Con announces new Michigan dealership
Vac-Con added Lakeshore Municipal Equipment in Holland, Michigan, to its dealer network. It is the primary Vac-Con dealership for the state of Michigan and will support all functions including sales, service and parts.


Anua acquires Quanics
Anua expanded its Clean Water treatment system options by acquiring Quanics. Integrating Quanics on-site water treatment and water reuse products into Anua’s growing platform will provide customers with more flexibility and more options. Anua has acquired the AeroCell and BioCoir treatment technologies, all regulatory approvals, all testing data, patents, trademarks, intellectual property, website domain, online store and other assets from Quanics. Quanics manufacturing will continue in the Crestwood, Kentucky, facility.

Pipe Lining Supply adds a new technical representative and sales
Pipe Lining Supply promoted Chris Gorum to technical representative and sales serving Texas. He has been with Pipe Lining Supply since 2015 in the warehouse division. Gorum will support Pipe Lining Supply’s customer base with training, advice and sales for CIPP lateral lining and AIPPR pipe coating projects for drain, waste and vent in Texas and surrounding areas.


Eljen expands to new offices, manufacturing space
Eljen completed a move to a new headquarters in Windsor, Connecticut. The 40,000-square-foot facility represents an expansion of Eljen’s manufacturing and product development capabilities, as well as increased capacity for storage and output. The new facility’s immediate focus will be on servicing demand for its geotextile sand filter, wastewater dispersal and nonaggregate prefabricated drainage products, which has grown to include markets in 30 states, Canada, Asia and Australia. The building has room to support future growth, and the company plans to add jobs in the coming months.


Honey Bucket expands into Texas market
Honey Bucket Portable Restrooms entered the greater Austin market June 1 by acquiring B&L Portable Toilets based in Taylor, Texas. With yards in California, Oregon, Utah and Washington, the employee-owned company runs each location independently and with local employees. Honey Bucket offers restrooms, restroom and shower trailers, hand sanitizers, temporary fence, secure storage containers and crowd barricades.
