SJE acquires AMI Global
SJE announced the acquisition of AMI Global from Cimbria Capital. With the combined capabilities, SJE expects to accelerate the delivery of advanced cloud connected opportunities and offer its customers a comprehensive platform of remote monitoring solutions. Founded in 2009, AMI Global delivers simple, cost-effective and scalable cloud solutions for industrial equipment manufacturers. The AMI global acquisition represents SJE’s sixth since 2021 and first in 2025.
Joe Johnson expands U.S. footprint
Federal Signal has named Joe Johnson Equipment the exclusive dealer for its Vactor products in Indiana and Louisiana and the exclusive dealer for Elgin products in Indiana, excluding Clark, Floyd and Harrison counties. Additionally, JJE will also provide service and parts support for other Federal Signal products including Guzzler and Truvac. This announcement comes after JJE completed its successful expansion into Virginia and underscores the company’s commitment to delivering infrastructure equipment and solutions across the U.S.
Satellite Industries acquires Atlas Sanitation Products B.V.
Satellite Industries has acquired Atlas Sanitation Products B.V., a well-established supplier of urinals, handwash stations and consumables, based in Zoetermeer, Netherlands. Atlas’ co-founder, Johan van Zuijlen, is joining the Satellite team to manage all sales of Satellite and Atlas products in the Netherlands and Flemish-speaking Belgium. With nearly three decades’ experience, van Zuijlen, renowned for his customer-first mindset and vast network of long-standing relationships, brings a unique mix of personal touch, contagious energy and sense of humor to the Satellite family.
