Owner Joel Lucas refurbished this red 1983 International 1900S vacuum truck carrying a 2,500-gallon steel tank and Jurop 360 pump. The truck is powered by a DT466 engine sending power to the wheels through a 10-speed Spicer transmission. Lucas has driven the truck for 25 years and recently organized the rebuild. He installed the tank and pump, mechanic Danny Harrington rebuilt the engine and Danny Russell added a 1984 cab, provided other work and painted the truck. Graphics were provided by Walter Printing. The tank features top and rear 24-inch manways, sight glasses, and the truck has a chrome stack,
