Restroom trailer operator uses QR codes to manage services by remote teams Problem: Stahla Services offers luxury restroom and shower trailers to customers throughout the Midwest. Steve Mintie, Stahla’s service manager, needed a consistent way to tell when the units are serviced, what was done, and if there were any issues with the unit or service. The process had to be simple without adding the overhead to the service teams. Solution: Stahla Services installed AirVote QR Service Logs on their trailers’ A-frame by the waste valve. A single scan with a smartphone displays a service screen with six large buttons: Pumped/Cleaned/Filled Water/Repaired/Installed/Unable to Service.
