Planet Care Acquires Eco-Pure
Planet Care Inc. has acquired the assets of Eco-Pure Inc., Fort Myers, Fla., and relocated all product manufacturing, including a 180-inch swing rotational molding machine, to Pulaski, Va. The company’s initial product offering will consist of the Eco-Pure peat moss biofilter and Eco-Pure polyethylene septic and pump tanks.
Earth Friendly Adds Sales Managers
Andy Gosner and Rick Hayes have joined Earth Friendly Chemicals as regional sales managers. Gosner will manage the East Coast region and Hayes will manage the Midwest.

The Complete Group, Perth, Australia, has secured international distribution rights for Five Peaks Technology products. The new distribution company will be called Five Peaks International. A portable restroom rental and services company, Complete Group has been a primary distributor of Five Peaks products in Australia and New Zealand for six years.

SouthWaste Services LLC, Houston, Texas, has acquired Central Florida Disposal Interests, a liquid waste processing facility near Orlando, Fla. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
