Our friends at Metro Septic in Cartersville, Ga., made headlines this week for their positive work in letting the public know about the essential services their company provides. Technician Casey Bohm explained pumping to kindergarteners at Cartersville Primary School during its Trucktacular event. There’s a great photo of Bohm engaging with the kids in this Daily Tribune News story:

Kindergarteners Learn About Community Service

Bohm’s demonstration of how a vacuum truck works was the most popular part of the day, according to the kindergarten teacher. “I thought it was yucky,’’ one little boy told the newspaper. Despite that reaction, it looks like Casey had the kids’ attention during his presentation and they were interested in learning how the machinery works and why cleaning septic tanks is important.
