Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors — National Association (PHCC) has unveiled its new Visionary Peer Groups, a collaborative, coach-facilitated community designed to help plumbing, heating and cooling service and repair business owners and general managers navigate challenges, grow their operations, and enhance profitability.
Starting in January 2026, members who have signed up will be invited to join small, focused peer groups (capped at 15 participants) that meet monthly via Zoom for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. These sessions will be led by experienced business coaches and structured to foster idea-sharing, problem-solving, accountability, and strategic planning.
