PolyJohn enters into partnership with Ameri-Can Engineering
PolyJohn announced that it has entered into an exclusive partnership agreement with Ameri-Can Engineering. This agreement gives customers access to Ameri-Can’s diverse line of trailers with the convenience of working with their known PolyJohn sales rep. Ameri-Can’s products include commercial, event, luxury, specialty, accessible and shower trailers. The companies first worked together In 1988 when PolyJohn built the Crowd Pleaser unit and sold it to Gladys and Ron Bird as they established Ameri-Can.

Toro Company to acquire Tornado Infrastructure Equipment
The Toro Company has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire publicly held Tornado Infrastructure Equipment. The transaction is subject to certain antitrust and other regulatory approvals, approval by Tornado’s security holders, and other customary closing conditions, and is currently anticipated to close during Toro’s fiscal 2026 first quarter. Calgary, Alberta-based Tornado Infrastructure Equipment manufactures vacuum trucks and industrial equipment solutions. In 2022, Toro’s Ditch Witch division entered into a strategic supply agreement with Tornado Infrastructure Equipment to co-develop an exclusive line of Ditch Witch-branded hydrovac trucks to expand its product offering and capitalize on accelerated growth in vacuum excavation.

Joe Johnson expands U.S. footprint
Federal Signal has named Joe Johnson Equipment the exclusive dealer for its Vactor products in Indiana and Louisiana and the exclusive dealer for Elgin products in Indiana, excluding Clark, Floyd and Harrison counties. Additionally, JJE will also provide service and parts support for other Federal Signal products including Guzzler and Truvac. This announcement comes after JJE completed its successful expansion into Virginia and underscores the company’s commitment to delivering infrastructure equipment and solutions across the U.S.
