PolyJohn’s International Director to Retire

Vernon Hills, managing director of PolyJohn International, in Wetherby, England, will retire at the end of December 2018.

Michael Cooper, president of PolyJohn Enterprises in Whiting, Indiana, made the announcement. “After successfully heading up our international division for more than 25 years, Vernon is taking a well-deserved retirement to spend more time with his family,” he says. “If not for Vernon, PolyJohn would not have an international sales division. The entire PolyJohn family owes him a huge debt of gratitude, and we wish him well in his retirement.”

Hills founded PolyJohn International in partnership with Cooper’s father, Ed Cooper, in 1992 with the mission of representing and selling PolyJohn products around the world. Today the company serves customers in 45 different countries.

PolyJohn International will continue to serve current customers and introduce PolyJohn products to new markets around the globe. “We are extremely pleased that the entire staff at the international office will carry on the great work that Vernon started,” says Cooper.

Cooper also announced that Harold Clemens will assume the role of managing director at PolyJohn International. Clemens was previously PolyJohn’s director of international marketing.
