Kline’s Services Sale a Perfect Fit

Kline’s Services, the Pennsylvania wastewater management company, was sold to Wind River Environmental in a sale that was finalized last week.According to LancasterOnline, the company becomes the 17th location for Wind River Environmental, and will cover an expanded service territory in Pennsylvania and Maryland. The sale represents large growth opportunities for Kline’s Services, which will keep its name and management team. President Dave Kline said the sale of the company will not bring about job cuts.Kline’s Services, started in 1955 by Kline’s grandfather, offers commercial wastewater management, septic services, and sewer and drain cleaning.
