Jacques Tremblay, chairman of the board of Tremcar Technologies Inc., announced that Andy Mulvey, formerly of Fleetstop Trailers of Calgary, has joined the Tremcar team as vice president, international.Mulvey will be focusing on developing the American market and will share his time between the head office in Canada and the Strasburg, Ohio, office.
