We are asking Pumper readers to take part in a 2012 survey to find out how things have changed for you and your business in the past four years. In 2008, we conducted a similar survey that provided an overview of business conditions after the economy collapsed.  

As industry experts, your feedback provides a jumping off point for other professionals and those just starting in the business that need guidance.

We will compare data collected in this survey to the responses from four years ago, which will help us better understand how businesses are operating.

The survey touches on revenue expectations for this year and the potential for staff increase or decrease in 2013. We ask about additional services offered and employee compensation and benefits.

We also want to know what the most important issue is for your company in the upcoming year. This information will guide us and the stories we publish to better serve our readers.
