NESC publishes septic education article

The National Environmental Services Center (NESC) published “Maintaining Septic Systems Can Help Community Residents Save Money and Protect Local Waters and Public Health,” an article describing resources and strategies local officials can use to educate residents about caring for and maintaining their septic systems.
