The National Onsite Wastewater Recycling Association (NOWRA), with the National Association of Wastewater Technicians (NAWT), the State Onsite Regulators Alliance (SORA) and the Virginia Onsite Wastewater Recycling Association (VOWRA) are partnering to hold a major conference Nov. 4-6 in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
