Gardner Denver Nash opened a new headquarters and North American operations facility in Pennsylvania. The 100,500-square-foot building in Bentleyville, south of Pittsburgh, relocates the headquarters from Trumbull, Conn., and replaces the Nash manufacturing facility in Elizabeth, Pa. The Nash distribution center in St. Peters, Mo., will relocate to Bentleyville.D & W Diesel purchased the assets of Fleetsource Co. in Clifford, N.J.
