State senators moved forward with a draft bill designed to help Florida’s springs, which would promote septic tank improvements in springs areas.Local businesses and associations, including the Florida Chamber of Commerce and the Florida Home Builders Association are against the legislation, arguing that current regulations are enough to protect water quality.
