Day 2 of the Pumper & Cleaner Environmental Expo International kicked off this morning with a state associations meeting of the National Association of Wastewater Technicians. At the breakfast meeting, the national trade group honored contractor Dave Kline, of Kline's Services in Pennsylvania, with the Ralph Macchio Lifetime Achievement Award. Kline was credited with utilizing new innovations in the industry, including operating a methane digester and a biofuel production operation.
