Over the weekend, a 2-year-old toddler was miraculously rescued after she stepped on a plastic lid and fell into a septic tank in Penal County, Ariz. According to numerous news accounts, the girl was fully submerged in wastewater for several minutes before witnesses were able to pull her out of the tank.
