Art Dominick was driven to own his own small business. He was also a committed husband, father and grandfather who left a great legacy for his family. In short, Dominick sounds like so many pumping professionals I’ve met over the years.
A Chicago-area newspaper printed a tribute to Dominick this week, after the long-time owner of Carl’s Septic Service, Lamont, Ill., passed away at age 75. It was nice to read about someone who lived life to its fullest and was always there to help and cheer on his family. Dominick started his pumping business in 1962, and it continues today with two sons and a daughter providing a critical service for homeowners.
In an industry populated with modest and hardworking professionals, stories like this could be repeated frequently in newspapers from coast to coast. Please take a moment to read the story about Dominick here:
Rest in peace, Mr. Dominick.
