Service World Expo, the largest home services contracting expo, drew nearly 1,400 attendees to Louisville, Kentucky, last month for four days of training, networking and product showcases.

More than 40 speakers shared practical and applicable keys for industry business owners and mid-level managers. Featured speakers included Gino Wickman, author of Traction: How To Get A Grip On Your Business; Zig Ziglar’s protégé Krish Dhanam; and Scott Mann, retired Green Beret and more recently known for heading up Operation Pineapple in Afghanistan.

In addition to world-class training and speakers, attendees were also able to attend three iconic and unforgettable parties including Churchill Downs on race day. One of the biggest features of the show was the exhibit hall featuring over 180 products, services, and solutions that directly benefit residential service contractors.               

At the show, Service World Expo officials also announced the top 10 winners of the customer satisfaction award, which goes to contractors who consistently go above and beyond to provide the highest quality of customer support and satisfaction. This includes creative offerings and ways of giving customers the best experience on an ongoing basis.

• Seiter Services in Xenia, Ohio
• Osceola Air in St. Cloud, Florida

The next Service World Expo will be held Oct. 18-21, 2022, in Tampa, Florida.
