Redbox+ LLC announces the addition of Bill Weber as the newest member of its corporate staff. Weber, who has more than 20 years of experience in the franchise industry, will serve as the vice president of franchise support.

Prior to joining redbox+, Weber served as vice president of marketing and advertising for Kitchen Solvers LLC, a national kitchen and bath remodeling franchise system. Hired in 1993, during his tenure with Kitchen Solvers he managed all aspects of marketing support for franchisees. In addition, Weber played a major role in all areas of operations. These included development of a comprehensive operations manual, managing all external communications, securing and negotiating vendor partnerships, management of their two-week new franchise training program, planning and organizing the annual franchise convention, along with overseeing all aspects of annual plan development for new franchise procurement.
