A pumper in Alaska has admitted to illegally disposing of septage waste, and ran into more trouble when the investigation led to his marijuana growing operation. The owner of Champ Septic allegedly threatened State Troopers when they came to his property to investigate. The 1,700 pot plants were discovered in December during the course of the investigation.
