How’d you like to enter a drawing for cash prizes every time you dump a load at the local wastewater treatment plant? That’s exactly what happens if you dump at the Mount Dora Wastewater Treatment Plant in Lake County, Fla. With each visit to the plant, pumpers enter a drawing to win either $100 off a future bill or a $10 gift certificate to Subway Restaurant.
