Writing the 2010 Business Plan – Part 1

Share your thoughts and expectations for the busy season to come.

Much of your equipment may be tucked away for the winter, and you’re contemplating what’s in store for the 2010 busy season. It’s the time of year when you can review your menu of services and tweak it to build profit in the future.

Taking into account the economic climate in your service territory, will you add or subtract a service or stand pat? Are you sensing a business recovery on the horizon or are you still cautious about what the future holds? And how does your read on the local economy affect staffing decisions?
