On the outside, the cyclone filtration on the all-new X-Cavator may look the same as other Vac-Con models, but as Bryce Rieger explains in this video from the 2020 Water & Wastewater Equipment, Treatment & Transport Show, it’s much more than a replication.
“What we’ve done is taken the cyclone filtration from the Titan combo machine and doubled it,” says Rieger, Vac-Con’s national sales manager.
The cyclone design aims to achieve maximum separation, but there is also a 26-inch-diameter pleated cartridge filter to serve as a final safeguard against anything that may slip through.
