Developed with ERS Elite, a leader in veteran workforce transition and talent development, IVAP creates a structured pathway from military service to civilian success through paid employment, hands-on experience, mentorship and OEM-aligned technical training.

JDC and Vacuum Truck Rentals merge to form Rentix Solutions
Rentix Solutions, formed through the combination of JDC (formerly known as Jack Doheny Companies) and Vacuum Truck Rentals, announced operations as a national specialty rental platform serving the vacuum, sewer, hydrovac and environmental equipment markets across the U.S. JDC brings 50 years of expertise in combination sewer cleaners, hydroexcavators and inspection equipment. VTR brings the largest commercial vacuum truck rental network in the country that customers have relied on for more than 25 years. Together, Rentix Solutions will operate over 36 locations across the U.S. with a combined fleet of more than 3,200 specialized units. With over 300,000 parts SKUs distributed across the network and more than 100 certified service bays, Rentix Solutions is built to keep customers’ operations running regardless of where the work is.

Rentix Solutions will be led by CEO Payton Lockey, who brings deep operational experience in specialty equipment and a leadership approach built on customer focus, operational excellence and team culture. Also leading the company is COO B.T. Steadman, who brings nearly three decades of experience in operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

John Babcock stepping away as Satellite’s CEO
After 35 years of dedicated service, John Babcock has decided to step away from Satellite Industries to pursue the next chapter of his career and focus on the family business he and his wife have built together. Throughout his career, he served in numerous roles across the organization, gaining experience in customer service, sales, supply chain, international operations, finance and executive leadership before becoming chief executive officer. His deep understanding of the business, combined with his passion for employees, customers and the industry, helped guide Satellite through decades of growth, innovation and global expansion. Babcock believed in empowering people, building strong relationships and doing the right thing for customers, employees, suppliers and communities. His leadership has played a significant role in shaping Satellite into the company it is today, and his influence will continue to be felt for years to come.
