The Water & Wastewater Equipment, Treatment & Transport (WWETT) Show is now accepting applications for speakers at its 2025 event slated for Feb. 17-20 in Indianapolis.

Industry experts are encouraged to apply and contribute to one of the largest educational programs in the wastewater industry. The WWETT Show presents a unique platform to share case studies, best practices and insights, helping to shape the future of water and wastewater.

Interested speakers can submit proposals for 60- or 90-minute sessions on topics related to water, wastewater and environmental services. These topics include, but are not limited to:

  • Plumbing
  • Sewer/pipe cleaning, inspection, rehab and maintenance
  • Septic/OSTDS
  • Portable sanitation
  • Business strategy
  • Municipal sewer and water
  • Wastewater treatment
  • Waste hauling
  • Vacuum truck operations
  • Safety
  • New technology

To apply, submit a Call for Presentations (CFP) form here. You may submit up to two presentations per CFP, and you can start a new CFP for any additional submissions. The CFP requires you to complete some sections before moving to the next, so it's recommended that you have your presentation and speaker details ready to go before starting.

The deadline to submit presentations for consideration is Thursday, April 25. Speakers will be notified of final decisions in July. The WWETT Show Education Advisory Board will conduct a blind review of proposals based on relevance and quality. The board will select presentations that provide unbiased information and best practices without promoting specific products, companies or services.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals to showcase their expertise, contribute to the professional development of the industry and engage with peers.
