Advanced Drainage Systems acquires Infiltrator Water TechnologiesAdvanced Drainage Systems announced the acquisition of Infiltrator Water Technologies for approximately $1.08 billion from an affiliate of the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan and other stockholders.
