Texas Septic Service Driver Killed in Crash

Front tire blows out, truck strikes tree.

A septic service driver was killed in a crash Aug. 9 in Nacogdoches County, Texas, according to news accounts.

Sydney James Woodall, 34, of Nacogdoches, died in a single-vehicle crash. According to the www.dailysentinel.com Web site, Woodall was westbound at 1:53 p.m. on Highway 21 East, when a witness reported that the left front tire of Woodall’s 2006 International service vehicle blew out. Woodall lost control of the vehicle and left the south side of the road and struck a tree. Woodall was wearing a seatbelt, according to accident investigators.
