Trident Processes receives 2018 Canadian Business Excellence Award
Trident Processes received the Canadian Business Excellence Award for Private Businesses, given annually to 25 private businesses in Canada. The award is presented by Excellence Canada and PwC Canada to Canadian businesses demonstrating exemplary performance of strategic plans and exceptional achievement of business goals.
Mr. John portable sanitation acquires Aparos Little John
Mr. John, a 53-year-old portable sanitation company based in Keasbey, New Jersey, acquired Aparos Little John, a 30-year-old portable sanitation company based in Bay Shore, New York. Mr. John assumes all Aparos Little John assets, operations, and customers, creating a company with more than 300 employees and 4,300 active customers across New York and New Jersey. The transaction closed on Nov. 15.
PolyPortables announces leadership changes
PolyPortables announced changes to its leadership team. Eric Capers has been promoted from vice president of sales to president. Capers assumes responsibility for all daily operations and will report to CEO Jeff Thomas. Charlie Bini was promoted from business development manager to vice president of sales.
National Precast Concrete Association announces award, new board member
Andy Wieser, president of Wieser Concrete, headquartered in Maiden Rock, Wisconsin, was presented with the Robert E. Yoakum Award on Oct. 14 at the NPCA 52nd Annual Convention in Atlanta. Wieser was presented with the association’s most prestigious honor for devotion to the betterment of the industry and the association. NPCA also announced that Mark Wieser was elected to serve a three-year term on its board of directors. Weiser holds a degree in civil engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and is a registered professional engineer in the state of Wisconsin.
