Curry Supply Company has announced that Rick Romney has joined the company as regional sales manager.

In this new position, Romney will be based out of Sacramento, California, and will be responsible for developing customer relationships and driving sales in 13 western states. He will follow up leads, write sales quotes, and work closely with the Curry Supply engineering and production departments to expedite the manufacturing and delivery of the products requested.

Romney comes to Curry Supply with 25 years of sales-related experience in the construction, mining, forestry and truck equipment industries. He is a member of SME, MSHA (Mine Safety & Heath Administration), RMFMA (Rocky Mountain Fleet Managers Association), and the Maintenance Superintendents Association.

Romney will represent the entire Curry Supply product line, including on-road water trucks, vacuum trucks, mechanics trucks, fuel/lube trucks, dump trucks, lube trailers and skids, winch trucks and flatbed trucks.

“We are very excited to have Rick join us,” says Jeff Shaw, sales manager. “He has extensive knowledge of the industries we serve and the products we manufacture. And, because he is based on the West Coast, it will be that much easier for us to service customers in that region of the country.”

West Coast customers can reach Romney by phone at 800/345-2829, by email at sales@currysupply.com, or through the website www.currysupply.com
