Stellar Promotes Schnieders to VP, Fisk to Operations
Stellar Industries Inc. recently announced the promotion of Steve Schnieders to vice president, Supply Chain and Operations. Schnieders takes on the first vice president position at Stellar since David Zrostlik assumed the presidency in 2000. Additionally, Jim Fisk has been appointed director of operations for both the Garner and Kanawha facilities. The director of operations position will report to Schnieders. Schnieders has been a Stellar employee for almost 20 years. He has held the position of engineering manager, in addition to operations manager. Fisk comes to this position with over 20 years of experience and success with Lean Manufacturing in various industries, including truck and trailer manufacturing and up-fitting.

JWC Environmental to acquire IPEC Consultants Ltd.
JWC Environmental has entered into an agreement to acquire IPEC Consultants Ltd., a manufacturer of solids/liquid separation products for wastewater and specialty industrial process liquids. The pending acquisition advances the commitment that JWC has to offering the most extensive lineup of screening solutions to its municipal and industrial customer base. As part of the acquisition, Bert Irwin, founder and owner of IPEC, will join the JWC executive team to support the ongoing business.

Manitou Americas announces new vice president of sales and marketing
Manitou Americas is pleased to announce the promotion of Eric Burkhammer to the position of vice president of sales and marketing for Manitou Americas Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Manitou BF located in Ancenis, France.
