Jacques Tremblay, chairman of the board of Tremcar Technologies Inc., announced that Andy Mulvey, formerly of Fleetstop Trailers of Calgary, has joined the Tremcar team as vice president, international. 

Mulvey will be focusing on developing the American market and will share his time between the head office in Canada and the Strasburg, Ohio, office. Tremcar Inc. has 10 production plants and service centers located across North America. 

Mulvey, a DOT design certified engineer originally from Glasgow, Scotland, comes to Tremcar Inc. with over 25 years of experience in the tank trailer industry. He was with Trimac for a number of years and worked in Michigan for 13 years with such companies as Quality Carriers and Mid Michigan Equipment Corporation.
