Septage disposal is a major problem in Georgia, and the Georgia Onsite Wastewater Association (GOWA) wants to help local pumpers with this issue. To help, GOWA needs to know if the problem is widespread. The association has developed a survey to determine where the problems are and how severe they are. They’d like anyone in the pumping industry in Georgia to complete the survey so they can use this information to demonstrate to legislators that septage disposal is a major problem that must be addressed by the Georgia General Assembly.

Take a minute and visit the website to complete the survey. It will give GOWA invaluable information. The association will look at and discuss the preliminary results at the Annual Conference June 7-8, at the Sea Palms Resort in St. Simons Island, Ga.

Everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend and participate. GOWA will be collecting responses into the fall when it sends the results to legislators so complete the survey as soon as possible.

Thanks for helping GOWA help the onsite industry.
