Trucks + Get AlertsNorthrup Septic Service - Tully, New York
Dewey Northrup Sr. and Dewey Northrup Jr. built out a red and chrome 2000 Peterbilt 357 with a restored 2002 Karymore aluminum tank and a Wallenstein pump. The truck, a repurposed road tractor originally set up to haul asphalt, is powered by a Cat C-10 400 hp engine tied to an Eaton Super 10 transmission. The Northrups did all the work themselves. The truck features rear-mounted toolboxes, front 4-inch and rear 3-inch intake and a 6-inch dump valve (heated), LED strobe lighting, caution lights, dual-top and single rear manways, sight glasses and rear-mounted camera. Interior features include air-ride seats and rear camera display. Graphics were provided by Gary’s Mobile Classics. Northrup Jr. is the driver and the rig is used for septic and grease trap service.
