Trucks + Get AlertsOwner Mike Lynn upgraded a 2012 Peterbilt 348 with a new 4,000-gallon steel tank and National Vacuum Equipment 866 Challenger pump and built out by 27th Trucks. The truck is powered by a PACCAR PX-8, 350 hp engine with power to the road from an Allison automatic transmission.
Features include a 36-inch rear manway, 20-inch top manway, heated valves, aluminum toolbox, three sight glasses and a SeeLevel Annihilator tank level gauge. The interior features AC, stereo, power windows and locks, and air-ride seats. The red, white and blue “hometown heroes” themed graphics were provided by SignFarm. Lynn is the driver, and the rig is used for residential and commercial septic pumping.
