Water-recycling technology from Kaiser AG will be incorporated into existing line of hydroexcavators
Kaiser Premier LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Kaiser AG of Liechtenstein, recently acquired Premier Oilfield Equipment (POE) through an asset purchase agreement. The move represents a significant opportunity for the Fort Morgan, Colorado-based manufacturer of hydroexcavation vehicles and API 21F certified above-ground storage tanks to become a leader in currently served markets, while expanding through product diversification into wastewater markets.

Kaiser Premier will continue to build its line of hydroexcavators, whose reliability and high productivity have earned high marks and loyalty from distributors and end users. The inflow of Kaiser AG resources will allow additional models to incorporate its water-recycling technology, bringing previously unheard-of productivity to North American sewer cleaning customers.
Because this technology reuses the vacuumed liquids, it allows for the conservation of freshwater, requiring only a fraction of what traditional sewer cleaning vehicles demand. This makes them enviro-friendly and more productive, since operators don’t need to break off the job and drive to a refill site as often. Plans are to incorporate this recycling technology into new Kaiser Premier products, expanding the company’s market reach.
